CHW Forge manufactures highly Precise forgings with the help of the Ring Rolling Mill from SMS Meer GMbH Germany and a 4000 ton fully automatic hydraulic press from Schuler Germany. The Flanges are manufactured as per the international standards and customers’ requirements. The non-standard flanges can be manufactured up to a diameter of 4500mm and weight up to 5000 kgs. The flanges and rolled rings are widely used in manufacturing of various valves.
