Forging for Valve Components

CHW Forge manufactures highly precise forgings using a Ring Rolling Mill from SMS Meer GmbH, Germany, and a 4,000-ton fully automatic hydraulic press from Schuler, Germany.

Our flanges are produced in accordance with international standards as well as customer-specific requirements. Non-standard flanges can be manufactured up to 4,500 mm in diameter and 5,000 kg in weight.

These flanges and rolled rings are extensively used in the manufacture of various types of valves, providing reliable performance for critical industrial applications.
